For many of her accustomed and dedicated listeners of her live session on Facebook geared towards promoting resilience and unceasing preparedness, the beautiful and talented Ijeoma Uzodo (Ije Oma), is one priceless jewel that signifies a fount of inspiration and a beacon of pride, shining far and beyond. Would one be falling short of flattery remarks to conclude that her name, Ije Oma, meaning Good Journey in the Igbo dialect, was a precursor to her life’s journey towards helping many discover who they are? Far from it, she is indeed an Island of virtues, one that is summarized in her burning passion to helping people becoming better version of themselves. Infact, Ije Oma graciously combines in equal measure trainings as a professional Life Coach, Social Counsellor and Psychologist in dishing out valuable nuggets in different areas of life. Little wonder, her weekly Facebook live session which commences by 8pm on Sundays is a social media delight. As a seasoned professional, she is linked with working for many NGOs and has widely participated in women empowerment projects and also in those tasked with the integration of immigrants through providing psycho-social counselling services. One of such organizations is the German-based Caritasverband.
