Hope idoteyen John popularly known as Hopingo is a Nigerian international Afro pop, amapaino singer based in Lagos, from akwa ibom born, ikoti epene local government. He is a songwriter and also an entrepreneur. Signed under his own label Hopingo Entertainment, manage by Testy Records (TrManagement) Hopingo is a BSc holder studied Mass communication at Esae university of Benin Republic.

Hopingo started having interests in music at the age of 12, he took off with his music career in 2010 to present, he has been dropping hit back to back, due to his wonderful performance on different events and his lifestyle that caught a lot of attention from different media houses, local and international. 2022 became a great year for him.
