Oghenekevwe Emmanuel, professionally known as Emerson is a Nigerian song writer, and performing artist. Emerson is an independent music artist.  He first broke into the scene with his hit album “Blessing,” which was released in 2021. He has since then gained more hits, including “Party” and more. He is renowned for his melodic hooks and stacked vocals which has become his signature style.

Emerson was Inspired by Nigerian rapper/singer Olamide Baddo, Burna Boy and the likes. He began making music professionally in 2016. His music fuses elements of afrobeat and r n b.

Emerson‘s parents are Christian and he was raised in a religious way.  His father is a Timber Contractor and mother a distributor.
